Changing Leaves
Fall is my favorite season and I feel like I didn’t really take advantage of it last year, photography-wise anyway. I’m trying to take full advantage this year, so we went and drove on the Blue Ridge Parkway two weekends ago and then last weekend we went hiking at Preddy Creek again. I think I probably took almost 1000 photos so far. So, lots of photos coming up…if I can get them all edited, that is.

Hollymead at Sunset (again)
The top photo was taken back in May while the other two were from a few weeks ago. It turns out I like to take shots of this lake at Sunset! (I think I’ve probably already posted at least 2 or 3 but I’m afraid to look.) I can’t help it, it’s always pretty!

Overgrown
I’m glad to have gotten some shots of this lovely overgrown field because the next day I walked by and it had all been mowed down. It was growing out of control, but still…makes me sad. But I know it’ll grow back again next summer. Nature always wins.
